THREE MONTHS: Create better nutritional habits and move your body intentionally with the possibility of losing 1 to 2 pounds per week by making small, consistent changes that become part of your lifestyle after 3 months. Start feeling better by embracing clean eating habits and purposely moving your body doing activities you enjoy to burn calories. You will not have to count calories daily, but yes, calories will be discussed. You’ll have one coaching session per week over a period of 3 months. Sessions will be held online via Zoom. If you’d like, the sessions can be recorded via Zoom.
WHO’S THIS FOR?: It is for those who want to improve their nutrition, move their body more often, drop a few pounds ( based on 1 to 2 pounds per week ), stay motivated and focused with the help of a coach ( find at least one other person to cheer you own besides your coach ) and feel better both physically and mentally after 3 months. My coaching is NOT for those who are already in great shape, exercise 3 to 5 times per week, are maintaining a healthy weight and have excellent nutritional habits.
NOT A FAD DIET: This is a lifestyle change. It’s not about Keto, intermittent fasting, shakes or any of the other type “diets” out there like getting a frozen food subscription each month or weighing in weekly after counting points everyday at every meal for a week.
PROGRESS TAKES TIME & CONSISTENCY: I’ve gone from 284 pounds down to 215 pounds with a goal of 194 pounds. I’ve dropped 42 pounds ( total of 69 lost ) in about the last 30 weeks ( – 1.4 pounds average per week ) . This isn’t some quick fix solution. It’s going to take patience, time and consistency. It’s not just about losing weight. It also has a lot to do with feeling better, having more energy and improving your overall health. A coach can help you get on track and stay on track.
BENEFITS OF HEALTHIER LIVING: There is no guarantee that you will have the same results that I have had which took me much longer than 3 months to achieve. However, I want to share some of my medical results: My A1C has gone from 7.6 to 6.1. My blood pressure has been close to 140/90 for many years. My blood pressure is now around 120/70. My doctor has cut three medications by 50%. Although there is no guarantee of these type of results, getting started is the first step to becoming a happier and healthier you.
MY COACHING STYLE: You don’t have to cut out everything you currently eat and start eating rice cakes the next 3 months. You’ll be able to keep some of your favorite foods in the mix. The goal over 3 months is to get you in better shape both physically and mentally without completely shocking your system. It’s not boot camp style coaching with me yelling on the zoom call “give me 10 more.” If you are looking for a Drill Sargent style coach, that’s not me. Remember, this is about a lifestyle change.
