I’m passionate about helping others change their health. I didn’t follow any named diets like Keto, Intermitent Fasting, etc. I simply changed what I ate, when I ate and how much I ate. I lost the first 62 pounds purely by food changes. The final 46 pounds included exercise.
I took this shot with my iPhone during a 16 week marathon training program. Yes, you can get it done at home, and get it done at the gym. But getting outside is an added benefit for your body and mind.
If you make changes in all the areas with check marks, you will change your life. But if you are waiting for motivation to kick in, you will never get to where you want to be. It’s daily discipline that gets results.
